Job summary

Gatton Plaza Discount Drug Store is seeking a friendly, motivated and highly organised individual to join our customer-focused team. Being part of our team means versatility, and you will help deliver superior customer service to our local community at all times.

Your role includes welcoming customers, accurately taking prescriptions and advising on over-the-counter medicines, while actively driving sales, assisting with stock, operating the POS and keeping the store clean and inviting.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused mindset and friendly demeanor.
• Clear communication with customers and colleagues.
• Will­ingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced store.
• Experience in vitamins or skincare is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly, welcoming experience to every customer.
• Accurately take in customers prescriptions and advise on OTC medicines.
• Actively drive sales through product recommendations.
• Assist with stock management, unpacking, merchandising and shelf replenishment.
• Operate POS system and process transactions.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and visually appealing store.
• Address customer concerns with professionalism and care.
