Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse Robina is hiring Pharmacy Assistants to join a busy retail team. We offer full-time and part-time roles for people who enjoy helping others and delivering excellent customer service in a welcoming community pharmacy.

Whether you have pharmacy experience or a strong retail background, we’d love to hear from you. You will assist customers, support pharmacists, maintain stock, and contribute to a safe, clean store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and working in a busy retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a team and follow pharmacy procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service and create a positive customer experience.
• Assist customers with locating products and provide general product information within your scope of training.
• Support pharmacists and the wider pharmacy team with day-to-day operations.
• Replenish shelves, unpack deliveries and maintain accurate stock presentation.
• Assist with stock control, merchandising and promotional displays.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming pharmacy environment.
• Follow pharmacy procedures, workplace health and safety requirements and relevant policies.
