Job summary

Queensland Health in Maryborough and Hervey Bay Hospitals is seeking Pharmacists to join a dynamic healthcare team, delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care and services to the local community. You will work across Maryborough and Hervey Bay Hospitals and may attend Maryborough Correctional Facility as part of a rotational roster, including 24-hour emergency on-call, public holidays and weekends.

Your opportunity:

• This role will work as a Pharmacist member of a multi-disciplinary team delivering high quality pharmaceutical care and services to consumers within the Fraser Coast region. The Pharmacy Department delivers professional, client focussed pharmacy services and leadership within an evidence-based quality care environment.
• This role will also promote safe, effective and efficient use of medicines in keeping with the department's goals, objectives and mission statement of the WBHHS.
• As a member of the Pharmacy team, this role will be required to work at Maryborough and Hervey Bay Hospitals and may be required to attend the Maryborough Correctional Facility. The position is required to actively participate in the Pharmacy Department rotational roster system including 24-hour emergency clinical on-call, public holiday and weekend roster.

Several Permanent Full Time (76 hours p.f.) and Permanent Part Time Positions (hours negotiable).

Our offer:

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $132,567 p.a., comprising salary between $80,015 - $116,189 p.a. (f/t) or salary rates between $40.35 - $58.59 p.h. (p/t), p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP3) (Several Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f. and Permanent Part Time Positions, hours negotiable).
