The successful candidate will be well supported by the Pharmacy Leadership Team, pharmacist colleagues and pharmacy technicians, as well as interdisciplinary staff and leaders. You will work closely with the incumbent to support the ongoing management and implementation of our medication safety program and antimicrobial stewardship programs.
