Job summary

Chemist Warehouse Group in Pullenvale, QLD is seeking a Qualified Pharmacist to join our fast-paced community pharmacy. In this role, you’ll accurately dispense prescriptions using MyScripts, manage day-to-day store and dispensary operations, supervise interns and dispensary assistants, and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care.

You must hold a valid AHPRA registration and have experience in community pharmacy dispensing.

In the Pharmacist role, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Accurately and efficiently dispensing of prescriptions usingMyScripts,
• Day-to-day management of store,dispensaryand team operations,
• Dispensary inventory management and order processing,
• Professional patient counselling and providing complete patient care solutions,
• Providing supervision to Interns, Student Pharmacists and Dispensary Assistants,
• Supporting and developing new business strategies in pharmacy best-practice.

About you

• Qualified Pharmacist with a valid AHPRA registration,
• Experience working in dispensing medications within a community pharmacy environment,
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• Commercially-astutewith business acumen experience and attention-to-detail skills,
• Collaborative and coaching leadership capabilities, withdemonstratedinterpersonal and organisational skills.
