Chemist Warehouse Group in NSW seeks a qualified Pharmacist to join our fast-paced team at St Marys. You will dispense prescriptions using MyScripts, help manage the store and the dispensary, and provide high-quality patient care.

The role includes supervising interns and dispensary assistants, maintaining inventory, and supporting new business initiatives in pharmacy best-practice. AHPRA registration and community pharmacy experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Pharmacist with a valid AHPRA registration.
• Experience dispensing medications in a community pharmacy.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commercially-astute with business acumen and attention to detail.
• Collaborative and coaching leadership with interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispensing prescriptions using MyScripts.
• Day-to-day management of store, dispensary and team operations.
• Dispensary inventory management and order processing.
• Professional patient counselling and complete patient care solutions.
• Supervision of Interns, Student Pharmacists and Dispensary Assistants.
• Supporting and developing new business strategies in pharmacy best-practice.
