Job summary

Chemist Warehouse in Queensland is seeking a motivated Pharmacist to join our growing family. You will provide complete patient care, counsel customers, and ensure high standards in dispensing and store operations in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.

You will supervise interns and dispensary staff, manage inventory, and contribute to business growth while adhering to Pharmacy Board of Australia guidelines and QCPP.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or retail environment.
• Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to supervise interns and dispensary staff.

Responsibilities

• Day to day management of store, dispensary and team operations
• Professional patient counselling and provide complete patient care solutions
• Accurate and efficient dispensing of prescriptions using MyScripts
• Supervise Intern, Student Pharmacists and dispensary Assistants
• Dispensary inventory management and order processing
• Support and grow new business strategies

• Direct experience in a high-volume retail pharmacy setting, including dispensing, patient counselling, stock management, or pharmacy operations is highly advantageous.
• Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist

• Solid business acumen and eye for perfection
