Blooms The Chemist Goulburn is seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our team in a full-time, on-site role. You will dispense medications, counsel patients on proper use and potential interactions, and work with doctors to optimise patient care in a supportive community pharmacy environment.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, current registration, and at least 2 years of experience in a community setting, with strong attention to detail and communication skills.

About the role

Blooms The Chemist Goulburn is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join their team on a full-time basis. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients, ensuring their safety and well‑being. This is a hands‑on role that will see you working closely with patients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent customer service and optimise patient outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

• Dispensing medications accurately and safely
• Providing advice and information to patients on the proper use of medications, potential side effects, and interactions
• Collaborating with doctors and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, patient‑centred care
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all patient interactions and medication dispensing
• Ensuring the pharmacy complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards
• Participating in the continuous improvement of pharmacy operations and patient care

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification
• Current registration as a Pharmacist
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Pharmacist in a community setting
• Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to provide evidence‑based pharmaceutical care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
• Commitment to continuous professional development and a patient‑centred approach to care
