Prime Pharmacy Group's CDC Warragul location in Victoria is seeking a pharmacist to join our busy community pharmacy team. You will provide patient-centered care, dispense accurately and contribute to expanding clinical services within the local community.

You will work with a supportive team, maintain high professional standards and participate in vaccination and expanded scope services where qualified. Flexible roster options and ongoing development are offered.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with AHPRA registration.
• Accredited vaccinator or willingness to obtain accreditation.
• Experience with methadone and expanded scope services is desirable.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer and patient care.

About the Pharmacy

CDC Warragul is a busy community pharmacy dispensing approximately 700 scripts per day and supported by:

• A team of 4 pharmacists, including this role
• 2 experienced Dispensary Technicians
• A highly capable retail leadership team
• Dedicated support from our Prime Pharmacy Group Support Office

This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative environment where you'll be supported to develop your professional skills and contribute to expanding clinical services within the local community.

About the Role

As a Pharmacist, you will work closely with the broader pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care, professional services and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing outstanding customer and patient care
• Dispensing and reviewing prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Delivering professional pharmacy services and health advice
• Supporting vaccination, methadone and expanded scope services where qualified
• Ensuring compliance with all professional, legislative and QSPP requirements
• Collaborating with pharmacists, dispensary technicians and retail team members
• Building strong relationships with local healthcare providers and community members
• Contributing to a positive, team-focused culture

About You

• Is a registered Pharmacist with AHPRA
• Has a genuine passion for community pharmacy and patient care
• Is an accredited vaccinator, or willing to obtain accreditation
• Has experience with, or an interest in, methadone and expanded scope services
• Enjoys working collaboratively within a team environment
• Demonstrates excellent communication and customer service skills
• Builds trusted relationships with patients and healthcare professionals
• Is motivated to continually learn and develop professionally
