Job summary

Raven's Recruitment is recruiting a Pharmacist in the heart of Victoria's Yarra Valley, just over an hour from Melbourne. The role offers a full-time opportunity in a busy community pharmacy with strong support and a focus on expanding the scope of practice, including prescribing and professional services.

You will join 2-3 pharmacists per shift, with experienced dispensary technicians and a large support team, providing vaccinations, wound care, and opportunities to develop clinical interests

Qualifications

• General registration with AHPRA.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a pharmacist in Australia.
• Strong patient counselling and customer engagement skills.
• Interest in pharmacist prescribing and expanded scope of practice.
• Confidence delivering vaccinations and professional services.

Responsibilities

• Join a busy community pharmacy with 2-3 Pharmacists per shift and a large support team.
• Provide patient-focused care with vaccinations, wound care, compounding and services in a dedicated consultation room.
• Develop clinical interests and leadership in prescribing services.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality pharmacy care.

Job Specification
Join a busy, well-supported community pharmacy with a strong focus on patient care and the expanding scope of pharmacy practice. Working alongside 2-3 Pharmacists per shift, experienced dispensary technicians and a large support team, you will have the resources to provide meaningful patient-focused care. The pharmacy has a dedicated consultation room and offers vaccinations, wound care, compounding and other professional services. There is also scope to develop clinical interests in women's health, diabetes, weight management and mental health. A genuine interest in becoming a prescribing pharmacist is essential, with the potential to take a leadership role in developing and delivering prescribing services.
