Job summary

Raven's Recruitment is assisting a community pharmacy in Sydney's western suburbs to hire a Pharmacist. The role offers 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm, with no weekend work and a focus on forward dispensing and patient counselling.

The successful candidate will hold current AHPRA registration, have community pharmacy experience, and be fluent in Arabic to support a diverse patient base. The team includes two other pharmacists, a dispensary technician, and four pharmacy assistants.

Qualifications

• Current General AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Previous community pharmacy experience.
• Strong patient counselling and communication skills.
• Broad knowledge of community pharmacy services.
• Confidence providing patient-centred healthcare and forward dispensing.
• Fluent in Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality pharmacy services with a focus on forward dispensing and patient counselling.
• Build trusted relationships within the local community.
• Work in a team with two other pharmacists, one dispensary technician and four pharmacy assistants.
• Manage 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm; no weekend work.
• Operate the Z Dispense system and handle about 200 scripts daily.

Job Specification
