Chemist Warehouse Lakeside Joondalup is hiring Pharmacists to join a brand-new store from day one. Join a foundation team in full-time, part-time or casual roles and help shape a supportive, high-performing pharmacy culture in Joondalup.

We are building the foundation team for our brand-new Chemist Warehouse store at Lakeside Joondalup Shopping City and are looking for Pharmacists to join us in full-time, part-time and casual positions.

About the role
As a Pharmacist, you will play an important role in delivering safe, accurate and compassionate pharmacy care. You will work collaboratively with the Managing Pharmacist and wider store team to support dispensary operations, provide professional advice and create positive health outcomes for customers and patients.

A typical day may include:

• Accurately and efficiently dispensing prescriptions using MyScripts.
• Providing professional patient counselling and complete healthcare solutions.
• Supporting the day-to-day operation of the dispensary and wider store.
• Managing dispensary stock, inventory and order processing accurately.
• Supervising and supporting Intern Pharmacists, Pharmacy Students and Dispensary Assistants.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain safe, efficient and compliant pharmacy practices.
• Building trusted relationships with customers and delivering warm, respectful and personalised care.
• Contributing ideas and supporting initiatives that improve pharmacy services and customer outcomes.

About you
You are a caring, reliable and team-focused Pharmacist who takes pride in delivering high-quality professional services. You are comfortable working in a busy environment, communicate clearly and bring a calm, solutions-focused approach to patient care.

• Current registration as a Pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Experience dispensing medications within a community pharmacy environment.
• Strong clinical judgement, attention to detail and commitment to professional standards.
• Exceptional customer service and patient counselling skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Sound organisational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in contributing to the growth and success of the pharmacy.
• Coaching or supervisory capability is highly regarded but not essential.

• Successful applicants will be required to hold current AHPRA registration, meet National Criminal History Check requirements and possess appropriate working rights.

The work environment

Our stores are busy, energetic environments where no two days are the same. Team members work throughout the pharmacy during their shift and may stand for extended periods.
