Job summary

Icon Group operates a modern pharmaceutical compounding facility in Mount Kuring-gai, NSW, seeking a Science Graduate to join the production team. As a pharmaceutical compounding company, Icon Group prepares chemotherapy drugs and other patient-specific products for hospitals across Australia.

Your role will involve following strict processes to mix ingredients accurately, with a focus on accuracy, teamwork, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow processes exactly.
• Excellent hand–eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Able to work in a busy environment with time-critical deadlines.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pharmaceutical compounding, ensuring correct ingredients and volumes per order.
• Work on the 2pm–10pm shift, Monday to Friday, in a production environment.
• Contribute to a large, established Australian company and its community impact.
