Job summary

PQE Group is seeking a Process Engineer for our Melbourne operations to support pharmaceutical and medical device projects with a focus on cGMP utilities. Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with cGMP utilities in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Theoretical and practical grounding in utility plant operations, cleanroom systems, and diagnostic techniques.
• Comfortable working under guided oversight, with a strong drive to learn quickly and solve day-to-day operational problems.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the operation and maintenance of pharmaceutical cGMP utility systems, including cleanroom HVAC, Purified Water, WFI, pure steam, and critical gases.
• Applying analytical thinking and plant diagnostic methods to resolve routine operational issues within your scope.
• Undertaking an intensive learning period to build full competency in operating, diagnosing, and maintaining the facility's utility plant.
• Working under close supervision to achieve operational targets, while explaining and applying site policies and practices.
• Executing all daily activities with strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental protection standards.
