The Innovative Group is seeking a reliable Dispenser to join our production team in Sydney. You will accurately weigh and dispense ingredients for daily manufacturing batches while maintaining a clean, safe work area and following all handling procedures.

Full training is provided, and the role offers hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment with opportunities for career growth. Forklift licence is required or can be obtained after joining.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with manual handling tasks in a production/warehouse setting.
• Forklift licence required, or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and dispense raw materials according to batch sheets and instructions.
• Ensure accuracy and quality in all measurements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all safety and handling procedures for materials.
• Assist the team with general production support as required
