Job summary

ADE Consulting Group’s Environment team is looking for an Associate / Principal Environmental Engineer or Scientist to spearhead groundbreaking projects and R&D across Australia.

If you have 7 - 15 years of experience in environmental consulting with specific expertise in contaminated land and/or waste, and you’re passionate about tackling challenges like PFAS, this role could be your perfect fit. The team values innovation, leadership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years in environmental consulting focusing on contaminated land or waste.
• In-depth knowledge of site assessment, remediation and regulations.
• Experience with PFAS or emerging contaminants is essential.
• Mastery or significant experience preferred; real-world results matter.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex environmental projects across Australia.
• Develop and implement PFAS treatment/remediation strategies.
• Conduct and contribute to pioneering R&D on emerging contaminants.
• Mentor junior engineers and scientists across multiple offices.
• Present at conferences and collaborate with academic/industry partners.
