Job summary

Petbarn O'Connor in Western Australia is seeking a Full Time Supervisor to lead the team and help customers with pet health and wellness products. You will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver service excellence and sales targets.

The role requires at least two years in a high-volume retailer, a passion for pets, and the ability to train staff. You will open and close the store, manage stock, and contribute to a friendly, knowledgeable shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory or team-lead experience in a high-volume retailer.
• Ability to train and coach staff in customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory assistance to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Provide knowledgeable, caring advice on pet wellness products.
• Build relationships with customers, offering warm, genuine service.
• Train and coach the store team to deliver service excellence, business objectives and best practice.
• Keep the store organised and shelves well-stocked (some heavy lifting required).
• Assist with sales, returns, and large purchases.
• Opening and closing the store with associated security tasks.
