Job summary

Hanrob Pet Hotels in Canberra is seeking 2 casual Animal Attendants to join our Pet Hotel & Doggy Daycare team at Hanrob Canberra (Symonston, ACT). Roles involve caring for boarding and daycare pets with training across operations.

Shifts start as early as 7am, with flexibility for extra shifts including weekends and school holidays. Ideal candidates enjoy working with animals, are physically fit, and can communicate with pet owners in a friendly, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working or volunteering with animals preferred.
• Availability across Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday essential; weekend/holiday availability valued.

Responsibilities

• Caring for boarding and daycare pets – feeding, grooming and enrichment.
• Cleaning and upkeep of facilities to maintain hygiene and safety.
• Health checks and basic animal husbandry.
