Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' post-admission experience in Wills & Estates, private client services or a related area.
• Strong technical, drafting and analytical skills.
• Experience managing estate planning and estate administration matters with an appropriate level of autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on estate planning, succession strategies and asset protection.
• Drafting Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Enduring Powers of Guardianship and testamentary trusts.
• Managing probate and letters of administration applications.
• Administering deceased estates from commencement through to finalisation.
• Assisting with estate disputes and family provision matters where required.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through trusted, practical advice.
