Mustang Grocery & Butcher Perth is seeking a skilled Content Creator to elevate our digital presence across social channels, websites and campaigns. You will produce engaging multimedia content, manage content calendars and collaborate with marketing to drive brand awareness and customer engagement in Perth.

The role demands a blend of photography, videography, design and storytelling, with hands-on production from concept to publication. This is a full-time, on-site position in Perth, WA.

Qualifications

• A relevant bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in content creation and digital media production.
• Strong photography, videography, and post-production skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva.
• Experience managing content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and websites.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills and creative problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and produce original digital content, including promotional videos, photography, graphics, written materials and social media content.
• Create engaging multimedia campaigns to promote grocery products, butcher offerings, seasonal promotions and business initiatives.
• Develop content strategies aligned with the company's branding, marketing objectives and target audiences.
• Write, edit and publish compelling content for social media platforms, websites and other digital marketing channels.
• Coordinate video production, photography, graphic design and post-production editing to maintain professional content standards.
• Research audience preferences, market trends and competitor activities to identify content opportunities.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging, visual identity and communication standards across all digital platforms.
• Monitor and analyse content performance, audience engagement and digital campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with management to plan promotional campaigns, product launches and community engagement initiatives.
• Manage content calendars, digital assets and publishing schedules to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Ensure all published content complies with relevant advertising standards, copyright requirements and company policies.
