Job summary

National Dental Care is seeking experienced General and Associate Dentists for flexible locum work across Perth and surrounds, WA, during November and December. Roles range from a few days to several weeks, with placements tailored to your availability and clinical interests.

You'll join DB Dental and NDC practices, stepping into established patient bases with support from experienced teams while maintaining clinical autonomy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience practising as a Dentist in Australia
• Qualifications recognised by the Dental Board of Australia
• Current professional indemnity insurance
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills
• Patient-focused approach to clinical care
• Available for locum work in November and December

Responsibilities

• Provide general dentistry across DB Dental and NDC practices
• Choose from short-term cover or longer locum blocks during November and December
• Step into established patient bases with support from clinical teams
• Work across multiple metropolitan Perth locations
• Practice with clinical autonomy and no KPIs or sales targets
• Be supported by well-established practices with dedicated administrative support
• Explore ongoing or permanent opportunities within the NDC network
• Access CPD and clinical development through the NDC Training Academy
