Job summary

John Holland Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to support our Perth-based team. You will manage travel, onboarding, records and payroll-related tasks, ensuring safe, efficient project delivery across site and office environments.

The role involves ad hoc travel to project sites from Perth and close collaboration with internal teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects and administration in construction or infrastructure settings.
• Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities in fast-paced projects.
• Clear communication and relationship-building across office and site teams.
• Familiarity with client applications ERMS and WORKFLOW.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel, accommodation, onboarding and site access for project staff.
• Maintain project registers, training matrices and key records.
• Collate timesheets and liaise with payroll for accurate hours.
• Support project administration, reporting and correspondence.
• Assist with planning, meetings and action tracking across workstreams.
• Travel to project sites from Perth as required to support delivery.
