Job summary

Empire Hospitality is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Coordinator to support operations within a leading Perth 5-star hotel. You will manage room allocations, update PMS systems, track productivity, and act as the central link between housekeeping, front office, and hotel leadership.

Full‑Time and Part‑Time roles are available. The role is paid under the Hospitality Industry Award at Grade 3 or 4, depending on experience and requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy hotel environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Confidence using hotel systems and PMS platforms.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Professional grooming and reliability.
• Valid Australian work rights.

About the Role

As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you’ll manage daily room allocations, update PMS systems, track productivity, communicate with hotel departments, and ensure the housekeeping team operates efficiently and professionally. You’ll be the “nerve centre” of the department — keeping everything moving, organised, and on time.

Full‑Time and Part‑Time positions are available. This role is paid under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award (HIGA) at Grade 3 or Grade 4, depending on experience, capability, and operational requirements.
