Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking General Labourers and Casual Trade Assistants to join our team across building, landscaping, manufacturing and related sites in WA. Immediate start with consistent shifts, weekly pay and potential permanent roles.

You'll perform site prep, material handling, wheelbarrowing, digging, lifting and assisting tradespeople. Minimum 12 months' experience, Construction White Card and a valid driver's licence preferred.

• Reliable and capable of performing physically demanding work.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different, with opportunities to work across a variety of industries including:

• Demolition and strip-out work
• General labouring across manufacturing and industrial sites
• Container unloading
• Site clean-ups and final cleans
• General manual handling duties

Typical tasks include:

• Site preparation and clean-up
• Wheelbarrowing materials
• Digging and trenching
• Lifting and carrying materials
• Packing and stacking
• Assembling products
• Assisting qualified tradespeople
• General labouring duties as required

What We're Looking For

To join our team you must have:

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant
• Construction White Card
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred)
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliability and punctuality

PPE Requirements

You must supply your own PPE, including:

• Steel-capped boots
• Hard hat
• Safety glasses
• Work gloves
• High-visibility clothing
