Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ post‑qualification counselling experience.
• Current registration with ACA or PACFA.
• Knowledge of evidence‑based therapeutic interventions for mental health, addiction, trauma, grief, and complex family dynamics.
• Empathetic, culturally responsive, safe and person‑centred care.
• Strong problem‑solving and coordination skills; capable of independent and team work.
