• Experience supervising construction works on major building or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in Australian construction industry with local safety practices.
• Ability to deliver works safely on schedule and to quality standards.
• Experience coordinating multiple work fronts and large subcontractor workforces.

Responsabilités

• Supervise site construction activities across allocated work fronts and packages.
• Plan and prepare works before site start.
• Coordinate subcontractors to meet program, quality, and productivity.
• Lead daily pre-start meetings and promote safety compliance.
• Maintain project records and reporting.
