Grosvenor in Perth is seeking an experienced Electrician to maintain, service, install and repair electrical systems across high-rise, office parks, retail, and aged care sites. You will diagnose faults and provide practical solutions while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification: Cert III in Electrotechnology and a full electrical licence.
• Experience with electrical repairs, emergency breakdowns, maintenance, and installations in a commercial space; mechanical/electrical controls and components.
• Current OHS/WHS Construction Induction Card and Current Driver’s licence.
• Confidence with computers and software.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professional attitude and good personal presentation.
• Autonomy and teamwork; proactive self-starter.
• Proven ability to achieve targets with focus on quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance, service, installations and repairs across commercial sites (High Rise, Office Parks, Retail, Aged Care, Health).
• Work on electrical systems including new installations of Mechanical systems, BMS/Controls wiring, VSDs and fault finding.
• Attend breakdowns and provide installations when needed.
• Ensure continuation of existing service contracts while pursuing repairs, refurbishments and new business opportunities.
• Work with a team of Electricians to deliver top-notch proactive service to clients.
