Job summary

St John of God Health Care in Perth, WA, is seeking an experienced Learning Business Partner (Clinical) to shape the capability of our clinical workforce. Reporting to the Manager Organisational Development, you will translate clinical needs into learning strategies and lead program design, delivery and evaluation.

This permanent, full-time hybrid role offers a salary range of A$128,800–A$143,100 plus 12% superannuation, with 40% work-from-home options and strong professional development

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration and postgraduate qualifications in education, learning design, clinical education or a related field.
• Experience in healthcare learning and development within large, complex organisations.
• Familiarity with Workday Learning and modern learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand learning needs and develop targeted plans.
• Lead design, delivery and evaluation of learning solutions across clinical groups.
• Measure learning impact using stakeholder feedback and outcomes.
• Build relationships to align governance and best-practice learning across the organisation.
