Chevron Australia Downstream in Perth is seeking a Maintenance and Construction Specialist to lead and supervise facility maintenance across Retail sites. You will ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and compliant with OEHES standards, while optimizing uptime and service levels.

The role requires building capital expenditure cases, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and directing internal and external teams across multiple sites.

• Experience in Retail service station maintenance.

• Experience with multi-site maintenance programs and capital projects.
• Strong project management and cost-control skills.
