Fitness Cartel Australia & New Zealand is inviting motivated Personal Trainers to join our growing network on the Sunshine Coast. Begin with a Comprehensive PT Induction Program, then access business tools, trackers, and a huge client base to build your PT practice.

You’ll train members 1-on-1 or in small groups, cultivate client relationships, and contribute to a positive club culture while pursuing ongoing mentorship and education. Certification via our partnering RTO is supported.

Qualifications

• Qualified Personal Trainer (Cert III & IV) OR ready to start certification.
• Passionate about fitness and helping people achieve goals.
• Self-starter motivated to build and grow a PT business.
• Strong communicator who connects quickly and inspires confidence.
• Organised, professional, and driven to create a long-term career in fitness.
