Build a coaching career where people matter.
Are you a coach who wants to do more than count reps and run people through workouts?
At The Wild Movement, we believe great coaching changes lives. We're looking for a passionate, capable and curious coach who wants to help people become stronger, healthier and more confident — while continuing to develop their own craft.
We're a boutique strength and conditioning facility in Milton, Brisbane, approaching our tenth year of helping people move better, build strength and develop lifelong training habits.
Our clients aren't just memberships or numbers on a screen. They're people with families, careers, challenges and goals. Our job is to help them become the strongest version of themselves.
We're looking for someone who believes in that mission.
This is an opportunity to join an established team of coaches who value their profession, enjoy collaborating and genuinely care about the people they work with.
You’ll coach small-group personal training sessions, working with a maximum of eight clients. Our approach combines individualised coaching with the energy, connection and accountability of training in a group.
You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills, learn from experienced coaches and contribute to a community that values health, performance and personal growth.
We’re open to the right person working 15–30 hours per week, with the potential to build toward a larger role as the business and your interests evolve. For an exceptional candidate seeking a full-time coaching career, we’re open to discussing that pathway too.
A coaching environment that values quality. Our small-group model allows you to actually coach, rather than simply supervise a room full of people.
A team that takes development seriously. Work alongside experienced coaches with backgrounds across strength and conditioning, exercise science, exercise physiology and health.
A culture built around learning. We value coaches who ask questions, refine their skills and continue to improve. You'll have opportunities to learn from the team and contribute your own knowledge.
A meaningful client base. Our primary demographic is adults aged 35–55 who want to remain strong, capable and healthy for life. You'll see the impact of your coaching well beyond the gym floor.
A role that can grow with you. Whether you're looking for a focused part-time role or want to build a longer-term career in coaching, we're interested in what you could bring to the team.
A workplace that values the person behind the coach. We believe good coaching comes from people who are supported, curious and committed to their own development.
We deliver two core training services:
Our broader philosophy is centred on helping people reconnect with the fundamentals of health: movement, strength, community and consistent habits.
We use technology to support the coaching experience, but we believe human connection, individual attention and accountability remain at the heart of great training.
We want a coach who combines technical competence with genuine care for people.
You’ll ideally have:
We’re flexible for the right person and want to build a role that works for both you and the business.
If you’re passionate about coaching, care about people and want to be part of a team that takes its work seriously without taking itself too seriously, we’d love to hear from you.
Tell us a little about your coaching background, what you enjoy most about working with clients, and what you’re looking for in your next role.
We aren’t just looking for someone to fill sessions. We’re looking for someone who wants to contribute to what we already have and are building at The Wild Movement.
