Job summary

Empire Holdings is seeking highly motivated Personal Trainers to join our team across multiple Anytime Fitness clubs in the Newcastle area. This full-time role focuses on hands-on training, sales, and client growth in a fast-paced gym environment.

We offer a pathway to management within Empire PT, performance pay, bonuses, and uncapped commission for high achievers. Ideal candidates train seriously, work early mornings and evenings, and are committed to helping people build their fitness

Qualifications

• Permanent resident or Working Holiday visa.
• Cert III & IV or Diploma in Fitness.
• Current First Aid and CPR.

Responsibilities

• 30+ hours on the gym floor.
• Talk to members, book assessments, hit weekly lead and sales numbers.
• Deliver sessions, programs, nutrition and appointments.

We're looking for highly motivated, outgoing & energetic Personal Trainers to join the team.

We have an opportunity for ONLY 2 trainers per club (beginner or experienced) to join our team.
