BlueCare in Australia is seeking a Personal Carer to deliver compassionate in-home care within community settings across Centenary, Mt. Ommaney, Darra, Forest Lake and surrounding areas.

You will work with clients to support daily living activities, meals, hygiene, and mobility while following individual Care Plans. The role involves extensive driving to client homes, interacting one-on-one, and coordinating with the care team to ensure high quality outcomes.

Competenze

• Certificate III Aged Care or equivalent (Essential).
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) - Essential.
• Roadworthy & insured vehicle to use for work - Essential.
• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops.
• Ability to pass probity checks as required by law or policy.

Mansioni

• Employment Status: Permanent Part Time

• Remuneration: $36.32 p/hr + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay) + Allowances & Travel Reimbursement (KM’s) + Employee discounts

About The Role

As a Personal Carer you’ll provide care to your clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.

• Spending your time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes supporting with daily activities
• In home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing
• Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
• Supporting with community based recreational and social activities
• Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.

Role Requirements

• Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support or an equivalent qualification - Essential
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) - Essential
• Roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work- Essential
• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
• Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
