Medical & Aged Care Group (MACG) is seeking a casual Personal Care Worker for Cheltenham Manor in Melbourne. The role involves delivering compassionate personal care, supporting resident wellbeing, and following RN In Charge directives within a well‑established team.

You should hold a Certificate III in Individual Support, have at least 1 year in aged care, and be available for at least 3 shifts per week. A current Police Check is required, and you will join a home known for its supportive

About the Role:

We have a great opportunity for a Casual Personal Care Worker to join our team at Cheltenham Manor.

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals who can commit to at least 3 shifts per week. This role suits someone who is looking for flexible casual work within a supportive, well established aged care environment, and who takes genuine pride in the care they deliver every day.

Availability Requirements:

• Must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week


• Flexible across morning and afternoon shifts


• Willing to work occasional weekend shifts when required
