Job summary

Bene Aged Care is seeking Personal Care Workers to join the Campbelltown Residential Facility on a casual basis. You will deliver compassionate personal care, assist with mobility and daily tasks, and support residents according to care plans. The role involves documenting care activities and reporting changes to clinical staff.

We value a respectful, dependable team player who upholds person-centred care and dignity for older residents in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Aged care qualification or equivalent is required.
• Understanding of aged care standards and person-centred care.
• Compassionate, respectful and dependable nature.
• Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal care and support with daily tasks.
• Assist residents with hygiene, mobility and repositioning.
• Monitor health and wellbeing, reporting changes to clinical staff.
• Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate documentation.
• Promote dignity, respect and independence for each older person.

What You'll Bring

Essential

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent

Desirable

• Previous experience in residential aged care
• Italian language skills (advantageous, not essential)
