St Vincent's Care Toowoomba is seeking Personal Care Assistants to join a compassionate team delivering person-centred care in our residential setting. Your heart for service and excellent communication will help create a welcoming, respectful environment for residents and their families.

We value dedicated team members, offer stable fortnightly rosters, and support career development within St Vincent's network. Training is provided, with uniforms and training at no cost.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential.

Things that work for us

• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential
• 6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records
• NDIS Worker Screening Check is mandatory
