Job summary

Nurse Next Door Home Care Services in Australia is seeking dedicated carers to join our growing team. We offer flexible opportunities starting from 20 hours per week, with care delivered in clients' homes and around-the-clock scheduling options.

As a valued team member you will provide compassionate, personalised support, assist with daily living activities, and follow care plans set by our registered care designers.

Qualifications

• Minimum Cert III in Aged Care or related field.
• National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector)
• Working With Children Check
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
• NDIS Worker Screener Clearance

Responsibilities

• Provide a premium care experience to clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised
• Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport and companionship
• Deliver care in accordance with the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
• Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
• Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.

About The Role

To meet the diverse needs of our clients, we provide care around the clock. Visits may be scheduled in the early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight, ensuring support is always available when it is needed most.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum Cert III in either Aged care, Community, Individual Support or Disability, or extensive industry experience
• National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector)
• Working With Children Check
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
• NDIS Worker Screener Clearance
