Job summary

Contract Care is seeking experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) / Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to join our local aged care agency workforce across Casino, Kyogle and surrounds. You’ll pick shifts that work for you and be paid well for them, with a real consultant on the other end of the phone when you need one.

Work is local with minimal travel between shifts and you’ll have access to same-day and advance bookings via our allocations team, plus fast onboarding so you can start earning

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 6 months' paid Australian aged care experience as a PCA.
• Current National Police Check (or NDIS Worker Screening Check).
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Up-to-date COVID-19 and seasonal influenza vaccinations.
• Right to work in Australia.
• Reliable transport and a current driver's licence.

About the role

Contract Care is looking for experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) / Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to join our local aged care agency workforce. We partner with multiple residential aged care facilities in Casino, Kyogle and surrounds, and we keep our staff working close to home as much as possible.

You’ll pick the shifts that work for you, get paid well for them, and have a real consultant on the other end of the phone when you need one.

Pay & shifts

• Agency pay rates: $46.50-$102.90 per hour
• AM, PM and night shifts available 7 days a week
• Weekday and weekend shifts across multiple partnered aged care facilities
