Job summary

Prestige Inhome Care is seeking compassionate Personal Care Attendants to support clients across the Bellarine Peninsula. You will provide personal care, mobility assistance, domestic help, meal prep, social support and transport to appointments.

Flexible shifts, ongoing training, 24/7 team support, paid induction, and employee benefits are on offer. Applicants should hold qualification in Aged Care/Individual Support/Disability Support or Nursing, have First Aid/ CPR, a valid driver’s licence,

Qualifications

• Qualification in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability Support or Nursing.
• Experience in home care, aged care or disability support preferred.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts.

About the Role

Every day is different, but every shift makes a real difference.

You’ll support clients to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes by providing:

• Personal care and mobility assistance
• Domestic assistance and meal preparation
• Social support and companionship
• Community access and transport to appointments
• Emotional support and meaningful engagement
• Encouraging independence while supporting clients to achieve their personal goals

Availability

• Weekday availability 8am-6pm
• Minimum 20 hours per week

About You

You’ll be someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and takes pride in providing exceptional care.

To be successful you’ll have:

• A qualification in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability Support or Nursing
• Previous experience in home care, aged care or disability support (preferred)
• Current First Aid and CPR
• A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts
