ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Personal Assistant / Office Assistant to primarily support the founder / MD with administrative tasks and office operations. This role offers the chance to evolve and take on more responsibilities over time. The right candidate will be proactive, switched‑on, and able to manage everything from diary management to travel bookings, events, and office upkeep.You’ll act as the founder’s right hand, anticipating needs and ensuring both their day and the wider office run smoothly.

DUTIES
  • Provide diary management and travel bookings for the founder / MD, including interstate and international trips.
  • Support the induction process, setting up IT for new starters.
  • Handle insurance, registrations, and general admin tasks as required.
  • Manage inbox prioritisation, flagging urgent items and supporting communications flow.
  • Coordinate weekly team meetings, including agenda preparation and minute taking.
  • Own the full induction and offboarding process, including IT setup, first‑day support and equipment collection.
  • Handle kitchen, mail, meeting rooms and general office facilities management.
  • Maintain office inventory and agency assets, including ownership of the Booqable booking system.
  • Troubleshoot basic IT issues and manage technology warranties and repairs as needed.
  • Coordinate in‑house events and team activities throughout the year.
  • Assist with occasional team‑wide travel bookings and logistics.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Previous experience in a Team Assistant, PA or office assistant role, with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proactive, personable, and adaptable, able to fit into a creative and lively team.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

$80k + Super

This is a full‑time, in‑office role (Surry Hills) and requires a current driver’s licence for access to off‑site storage when required.
