The opportunity

We are looking for a Personal Assistant / Administration Assistant to join HWLE's Darwin office. We have a friendly team culture, and our administrative support team is at the core of our success. In this role, you might be busy with:

  • Assisting partners and other legal staff
  • Using various court filing systems
  • Reporting and monthly billing using our file management system, Aderant
  • Preparation of correspondence, contracts and other documents
  • Diary management, liaising with clients, file opening and other administration tasks
Qualifications
  • Experience with administrative support to partners / executives within professional services
  • Among law student applicants, a minimum of 2 years left in your studies (full-time availability is preferred but we are also considering job share among part-time students)
  • Excellent attention to detail
