Your Staff Recruitment is partnering with a growing steel framing manufacturer in New South Wales to recruit an operator. You will start in assembly, learn the ropes, and progress to operating various types of machinery.

Qualifications

• Hand and power tools experience required.
• Machine operating experience preferred.
• Mechanically minded with good attention to detail.
• Forklift licence is a bonus.
• Must be reliable and have verifiable references.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Assembling steel frames using hand and power tools.
• Reading measurements and following production instructions.
• Working with the team to meet production targets.
• Learning to set up and operate roll-forming machinery.
• Maintaining quality and keeping the workshop running smoothly.
