Job summary

Healthcare Australia is seeking Registered Nurses for permanent roles across multiple specialties and locations, including Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. The base salary starts at $80,000+ with shifts penalties paid in addition to base pay, and a 152-hour roster per 28 days.

You may work across several facilities or be block-booked at one for a period, offering variety and stability. Ideal candidates will have current AHPRA registration, 5+ years in at least two specialties, strong

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Ideally 5+ years nursing experience across at least two specialties.
• Strong acute care clinical skills and patient assessment capability.
• Experience within healthcare environments relevant to your specialty.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
• Ability to meet credentialing and compliance requirements.
• Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Manage rostering and temporary shift placements across facilities.
• Build relationships with clients and candidates to secure placements.
• Support credentialing and compliance processes to ensure smooth onboarding.
