Job summary

Ecowize is seeking a reliable Site Supervisor to join our night-shift team in a food production environment. You will supervise Hygiene Operators, coordinate the shift, and ensure work is completed safely and to the high standards required by Ecowize and our customers.

You will support and motivate the team, give clear instructions and contribute to toolbox talks and on-the-job training. The role involves rostering and working on-site during night shifts to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hygiene, cleaning or food production is highly regarded.
• Prior supervision or coordination of people is preferred.
• Reliable, hands-on and team-focused with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Support night-shift operations and allocate work to the team.
• Provide day-to-day direction and ensure safety, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Monitor attendance, rostering and on-the-job training; reinforce safe practices.
