Job summary

Camp Australia in Aveley, WA is seeking a Permanent Educator to join our team and build meaningful connections with children, families and the school community. You’ll work across before school, after school, and during holidays, designing safe, engaging programs and serving healthy snacks.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare.
• Willingness to study a childcare-related certificate or currently studying.
• Valid Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).
• National Safety Training (or willing to obtain).
• Valid First Aid/CPR/Anaphylaxis/Asthma certificates (or willing to obtain).
• Availability 6:45 am–8:45 am and 2:40 pm–4:40 pm, Monday to Friday.

• Lead daily activities and supervise snack preparation.
• Support families and school community with a positive presence.

Camp Australia is on the hunt for a passionate, Permanent Educator to join our team in AVELEY! If you're excited about building meaningful connections with children, their families, and the local school community, we want YOU!

As an educator with us, you will get the job security of a permanent contract and you’ll be at the heart of all the fun and excitement—whether it’s before school, after school, or during school holidays. In this role, you’ll help design a safe, engaging, and compliant program, leading exciting daily activities to help primary-aged children. Plus, you’ll get to prepare and serve delicious, healthy snacks to keep everyone energised to learn and grow.

ABOUT YOU

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills.
• You have completed, are studying, or are willing to study a childcare-related Certificate III or equivalent
• Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability between 6:45 am-8:45 am & 2:40 pm - 4:40 pm, Monday to Friday.
