Thiess is seeking an experienced All Rounder Operator for Gruyere Gold Mine in Western Australia. You will join a high-performing production team, contributing to meeting production targets while maintaining safety, quality and teamwork.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a Production Mining All-Rounder role and hands-on experience with heavy machinery including Dozer, Loader and Grader. This is a permanent full-time position with camp facilities and rosters to match mining operations.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Production Mining All-Rounder role within a hard-rock mining environment.
• Experience operating a minimum of 3 of the following: Dozer (CAT D10), Loader (Komatsu WA1200/900), Grader (CAT 16M/18M), Komatsu GD955.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate strong health, safety and environment commitment.
• Follow instructions from the Mining Supervisor.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards on site.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Support the crew and contribute to ongoing production targets.
