Job summary

Northeast Health Wangaratta invites applications from registered nurses to join our Operating Theatre, PACU and Anaesthetics teams. A current RN registration and perioperative experience are essential, with a strong focus on teamwork and delivering high-quality patient care.

This part-time, fixed-term position offers up to 80 hours per fortnight and welcomes casual contracts as well, in a region renowned for its outdoor scenery and community access.

• Current nursing registration with perioperative experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to deliver quality patient care in operating theatre settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the Operating Theatre, PACU and Anaesthetics teams.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of perioperative services.
