Job summary

Ashford Hospital's Day Procedure Unit is seeking Registered Nurses for part-time and full-time positions. You will deliver pre- and post-operative nursing care in a busy DPU, working within a multi-disciplinary team and supporting management with new initiatives.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of RN experience, peri-operative experience, and a solid understanding of applicable standards and legislation. Flexible working arrangements are negotiable.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in peri-operative environment, and/or surgical nursing.
• Demonstrate an understanding of relevant standards and legislation.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidenced-based, quality clinical nursing care in the Day Procedure Unit.
• Work cohesively in a multi-disciplinary team with initiative.
• Deliver pre- and post-operative nursing care in accordance with national standards.
