The opportunity:
We're seeking an experienced Performance & Reward Manager to join our Talent, Reward & People Services team. This is a pivotal role overseeing the Performance, Reward and Reporting & People Analytics capability at Wesfarmers Health, ensuring effective management of annual performance and remuneration activities, compliance excellence, support team member benefits & recognition and the delivery of accurate, timely reporting.
Reporting to the Head of Talent, Reward & People Services, you'll lead a small team including a Remuneration & Reporting Lead and offshore analytics resources, while partnering with senior leaders across the business to drive strategic people outcomes.
