Job summary

Samuels Donegan in Melbourne is seeking a People Systems, Services & Insights Lead to own the HRIS backend, oversee payroll data and deliver actionable workforce insights. You’ll partner across P&C to connect systems, data and remuneration with business strategy.

You’ll manage reporting, integrations, and data flows, drive continuous improvement, and support remuneration reviews and M&A employee integration. Hybrid work offers three days in the office while empowering a broad, strategic remit.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with HRIS, payroll, and workforce data analytics.
• Strong reporting, data modelling and stakeholder management.
• Experience with M&A employee integration.
• Ability to drive process improvements across P&C systems.
• Comfort with cross-functional projects and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the HRIS from a backend perspective and ensure data integrity.
• Troubleshoot issues, implement improvements and manage data flows between HR and payroll systems.
• Serve as the link between HR, payroll and finance for reporting and analytics.
• Support remuneration processes, including configuration, testing and reporting.
• Collaborate on system upgrades, integrations and M&A payroll integrations.
• Produce board and executive-level workforce insights and reporting.
